Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. km897 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

km897 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual banks and payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1-5 minutes.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• km897 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may charge processing fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

To withdraw funds from your km897 account:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction and Rp 500,000,000 per month.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• First-time withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours for security review. Subsequent withdrawals typically process within 2-10 minutes depending on the payment method.
• You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

3.3 Declined or Reversed Transactions

4. Bonuses and Promotions
